So today I tasted the sauerkraut from the Sandor Katz workshop! It’s soooooo good. I think the large batch I made the following day went south because some of the brine evaporated. I tried to salvage it by transferring the bottom portion to a smaller jar and sealing the lid instead . It wasn’t smelling too appetizing. And for some bizarre reason, that didn’t stop me from tasting the teeeeniest bite. Well, to no one’s surprise that probably wasn’t a good idea! I’ve been neurotically thinking I am going to get sick any minute now! This neurosis inspired me to try out Bruno Munari’s vegetable stamp idea with some cabbage, apples and plums. This is what my face will look like if I get sick. Hahaha.
