I am not a fan of Valentine’s Day or birthdays. The fact that my birthday falls the day after Valentine’s usually means I’m pretty bummed out all week. However, this Valentine’s day, my roommate Kat and I went to the Korean Bath house on Olympic and got delicious Korean food at Western Doma Noodles after which made the day much more bearable. Look at our bounty of food!
Snack Mountain was created by Lauren Adolfsen in 2003 as multi-media art project including a claymation movie where food characters die bloody deaths. She got her MFA in Graphic Design at Yale in 2011 and then moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a freelance designer and illustrator. In April 2013, she was diagnosed with an unusually aggressive cervical cancer and is currently working hard to kick cancer in the butt! This blog is a source of recipes, craft projects and goofball positive energy! Hope you enjoy!
